Borrowing from their cultural influences and travel, the Bistoro team adapted the Spanish-style menu to bring the best of Mediterranean cooking to Pueblo, Colorado. Headed by Pellumb Dhamo and Joette Ucar-Dhamo, the small dining establishment offers a new twist on comfort food with its signature Bocatas, Tapas and Cocktails. Recently seeing a need for a food specialty shop and supper club, Bistoro's team is evermore eager to share its unique food. The local buzz is that the garlic bisque is to die for!
